Easy Street is privileged to be located in the beautifully-restored Utah Coal & Lumber building, one of Park City’s foremost historic landmarks. The dining room has several unique features including the glass-paneled rotisserie with sizzling meats; the fresh seafood bar podium; and most notably the famous Easy Street Show Kitchen where guests can watch from their seats in the dining room as Chef Scott Boberek and his team prepare and finish every entrée served to each guest.
