Caprese eggs benedict, smoked salmon fillet, pate, lavender-scented French toast with blueberries, golden beet & orange salad with arugula and fresh ricotta, sautéed baby squash & mushrooms, smoked cheddar potato gratin house-made granola & fruit parfaits, petite pastry and dessert displays and much more.

The refined elegance of J&G Grill is an expression of understated style with highly polished Venetian plaster walls warmed by the glow of a double-sided wood burning fireplace. Walls are clad in gray quartz stacked stone below the ceiling framed in walnut ceruse beams. Classic herringbone carpet introduces a styling motif that is repeated in the marble wall finish of the open grill.
Custom walnut furnishings reflect clean lines in the modern styling and incorporate high grade burl veneers. The colors are light and crisp. Luxurious velvet drapes frame floor to ceiling windows with magnificent slopeside views, providing the backdrop to soft off-white leather wrapping oval banquettes. Lighting fixtures are fresh and modern, the clean lines introducing an urban sensibility to the mountainside retreat.
