If you have not already been told by the Park City bus driver, your Canyons ski instructor, or fellow Deer Valley lodgers to come on down to the Bistro 412,  then you probably weren't listening!  The snow sure is nice out here but get your head out of it and let us show you the best that Park City wining and dining has to offer!

Bistro 412 is located in the middle of Main Street, at the apex of your appetite, and at the heart of your digestif desires!

Chef Adam Ross will fuel you for the slopes at lunch with a hearty smoked chicken croissant sandwich accompanied by garlic pomme frites or a fresh plate of trout amandine and haricot verts.  You will enjoy the charming atmosphere, attentive service, and the true Park City buzz about the air here -- so much that you will likely want to join us again for dinner!  Bring your whole hungry family; kids menus are available and generous! Locals will suggest the steamed mussels or the triple cream brie as a good segue into a fantastic French flair dinner of duck three ways, dry aged bone-in bison or the signature braised lamb shank.  

Afterwards, climb upstairs to the Bistro bar and enjoy being stumped by indecision thanks to the largest selection of liquor that Park City has to offer.  Enjoy your libation as you enjoy live music in an intimate setting.  The musicians and performances vary by the day and week but you will likely hear from a notorious artist, popular with the local crowd.
